Ken Macdonald, MS, TPI-3
Owner/Operator | Top 50 Golf Digest Golf Fitness Instructor | Medical Exercise Specialist - NASM CES and PES | ITPA - CPTS (Tennis Fitness Coach)
Ken founded Lifetime Performance in 2011 with a modest 1,000 sq ft space. As of fall 2023, the gym has undergone a significant remodel and expansion, now boasting 5,000 sq ft. Specializing in performance training for golf and tennis, Ken is a Level 3 Certified Golf Fitness Professional through the Titleist Performance Institute. He holds a Master's degree in Human Movement and is certified as both a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, Ken is a Medical Exercise Specialist. With five years of competitive professional golf experience, he leverages his expertise of the golf swing to develop tailored training programs for his clients.
Jason Trout, NASM-CPT
Head Trainer/Assistant Manager | NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist | FRCms (Functional Range Conditioning) | TPI CGFI
Jason came from the Mid-Atlantic region with a background as a multi-sport athlete who served as captain for the Providence College Friars in men’s Lacrosse. He came to Florida to pursue a career in golf, competing on various mini tours while continuing to explore his passion for fitness. He began working at Lifetime Performance in 2013 while continuing to compete before eventually accepting the position of Head Trainer
During time away from work he enjoys spending time at home with his wife and pets, exploring back roads on his Harley, sport shooting and occasionally hitting the links.

Derek Kambour

Originally from Morris County, New Jersey, Derek relocated to Florida in 2018 and has spent over a decade working in the sports performance and fitness industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Montclair State University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). With a background as a competitive powerlifter, he has a deep passion for helping clients get strong, realize their potential, and feel more capable and resilient in their everyday lives. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with diverse clientele, ranging from professional athletes to active adults seeking to improve their health and quality of life. When he's not training clients, you'll find him training himself, watching a New York Giants game, or enjoying Florida's beautiful beaches with his wife and dog.
Briana Jakeway
Fitness Coach | NASM-CPT
Briana joins our Coaching Team after a dynamic corporate career in New York City, trading board meetings for balance boards. A lifelong sports enthusiast, she began her career at Relevent Sports (Stephen Ross Sports & Entertainment), working on international soccer tournaments before moving to Dublin to earn her master’s at the Michael Smurfit UCD School of Business. While in Ireland, she specialized in sponsorships for major global events, including the Guinness Six Nations Championship and the Olympics, before wrapping up her time abroad at Google.
Once back in the U.S. and a little further south, Briana turned her focus toward merging her business expertise with her passion for fitness, pursuing her NASM & TPI certifications. She is a strong advocate for women’s sports and networking, believing in the power of fitness to enhance physical health, mental resilience, and community connection. Her newest obsession—golf—fuels her mission to bring people together through movement, learning, and shared experiences. She's also an active community member, on the board of Shifting Gears United, a foundation aimed at adaptive sports and inclusion for all. Briana Morris is a dedicated PGA Golf Professional and Performance Coach with a passion for helping golfers elevate their game, on and off the course. With over 9 years of experience as a golf performance coach, Briana specializes in combining fitness and golf technique to optimize performance. She is a certified TPI Level 2 Golf and Fitness professional, NASM-CPT, and a PGA Class-A Professional providing a well-rounded approach to improving both the physical and technical aspects of the game. Today, she works with all ages and skill levels, using her knowledge and certifications to guide them toward achieving their full potential. She has a Bernese Mountain Dog named Bunker and loves to enjoy sunset walks on the beach, exploring the great outdoors and playing new courses in the beautiful sunshine state!

Marie Robinson

Marie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength andConditioning Specialist, and sports residency–trained clinician through the Johns HopkinsRehabilitation Network. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science from NortheasternUniversity (2019) and her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University School of Medicine (2024). A former club water polo player and lifelong athlete, Marie specializes instrength development, mobility, and performance training for clients of all ages. Her approach emphasizes strength, mobility, and neuromuscular control to help clients move with confidence and achieve sustainable results. She enjoys training in the gym, Pilates, baking, and daily walks, and is dedicated to designing individualized programs that support performance, fitness, and long-term health. Originally from Miami, she brings both personal athletic experience and advanced clinical training to every client interaction.
