Lifetime Performance is one of the few tennis specific fitness facilities in Palm Beach County.  The sport itself is physically demanding, requiring multi-planar functions performed with quick bursts of reactive movement.   Creating a tennis training program not only means applying 3 dimensional movement based exercises, but also taking into account a players style of play, the type of surfaces they usually play on and when and how often practices and tournaments are played.  Our programs are built to enhance:

All New Athletes Will Receive The Following Tennis Training:

  • Our Very Own Tennis Specific Movement And Performance Screening That Assesses For Strength Levels, Balance & Stability, Movement Competency, Power, And Range Of Motion.

  • A Pre-Match Full Body Warm-Up That They Can Take To The Court.

  • Take Home Corrective Exercise Program To Address Each Player’s Physical Restrictions And Weaknesses With A Detailed Exercise Progression Chart.

  • 4-Week Stength And Conditioning Program.  Our Programs Change Every 4 Weeks And Take Into Account A Players Tournament And Practice Schedule.

  • A Detailed Nutrition Program.

  • Additional Re-Screenings Done Continuously To Ensure The Effectiveness Of The Exercises And The Player’s Physical Development.
