Lifetime Performance Player Development is a small group based training program that caters, but is not limited to, golfers and tennis players looking to develop into collegiate or professional athletes.  It offers all the same benefits of our golf and tennis one on one training, but with the affordability and scheduling ease of larger group based training programs.  Our knowledgeable and professional coaches will bring out the best in each athlete as we cultivate a sense of camraderie and competitiveness in this unique training environment.

With Our Small Group Training You Can Expect To See:

    • Training Groups Of 2-4 People…No More Than 4 Per Hour Session.

    • Individualized Programming.  We Pride Ourselves In Avoiding The “Cookie Cutter” Type Program Usually Seen With Larger Groups Of Athletes Training At One Time.

    • Results Driven And Scientifically Influenced Exercise Selection.

No matter what fitness level you are, the exercise programming will reflect your needs and goals while adhering to the variable needs of the sport you play.  In just a few weeks you can expect to see improvements in:

Tennis Performance Training

Lifetime Performance is one of the few tennis specific fitness facilities in Palm Beach County.  The sport itself is physically demanding, requiring multi-planar functions performed with quick bursts of reactive movement.   Creating a tennis training program not only means applying 3 dimensional movement based exercises, but also taking into account a players style of play, the type of surfaces they usually play on and when and how often practices and tournaments are played.  Our programs are built to enhance:

  • Take Home Corrective Exercise Program To Address Each Player’s Physical Restrictions And Weaknesses With A Detailed Exercise Progression Chart.

  • 4-Week Stength And Conditioning Program.  Our Programs Change Every 4 Weeks And Take Into Account A Players Tournament And Practice Schedule.

  • A Detailed Nutrition Program.

  • Additional Re-Screenings Done Continuously To Ensure The Effectiveness Of The Exercises And The Player’s Physical Development.

Semi-Private and Private Personal Training

One of the biggest problems we see today in the personal training industry is the failure to properly progress or regress clients in their training programs.  With the onset of high intensity big group traininggyms opening all around, we are seeing a rise in the number of training related overuse injuries.  How do we know this?…We have positioned ourselves to work alongside onsite physical therapists.  This allows us to familiarize ourselves with the rehabilitation process of patients recovering from injuries and to offer a team based approach to our ultimate objective: Lifetime Performance.  To help achieve this objective our coaches utilize various forms of exercise from equipment and mat pilates to functional training.  There is not one training style we adopt, rather we take the best from them all and incorporate it into your routine.

Golf Performance Training

Whether you are a weekend golfer or playing the sport for a living, Lifetime Performance will put you on the path to improving your game by providing the tools necessary to help your body reach it’s full potential.  Our team’s competitive playing background and knowledge of the golf swing and movement biomechanics places us in unique company.   Not only can we analyze the common swing flaws in thegolf swing, but we can provide specific, scientifically based exercise solutions.  Each new golfer begins the training program by undergoing a comprehensive physical screening targeting the following:

      • STRENGTH

      • POWER/SPEED

      • RANGE OF MOTION

      • STABILITY/BALANCE

      • MOVEMENT SEQUENCING

 

The screening results, combined with input from your golf swing coach, are then applied to a customized training program that is geared towards improving

      • GOLF SWING SEQUENCING (IMPROVING THE BODIES MOVE INTO IMPACT)

      • INJURY REDUCTION THROUGH BALANCED STRENGTH TRAINING
