Golf Performance Training

Whether you are a weekend golfer or playing the sport for a living, Lifetime Performance will put you on the path to improving your game by providing the tools necessary to help your body reach it’s full potential.  Our team’s competitive playing background and knowledge of the golf swing and movement biomechanics places us in unique company.   Not only can we analyze the common swing flaws in the golf swing, but we can provide specific, scientifically based exercise solutions.  Each new golfer begins the training program by undergoing a comprehensive physical screening targeting the following:

      • STRENGTH

      • POWER/SPEED

      • RANGE OF MOTION

      • STABILITY/BALANCE

      • MOVEMENT SEQUENCING

 The screening results, combined with input from your golf swing coach, are then applied to a customized training program that is geared towards improving

      • CLUB HEAD SPEED

      • GOLF SWING SEQUENCING (IMPROVING THE BODIES MOVE INTO IMPACT)

      • RANGE OF MOTION

      • INJURY REDUCTION THROUGH BALANCED STRENGTH TRAINING

 In addition to the training program each new golfer will receive our very own Competitive Golfer’s Guide to Fitness and Performance. Within this guide you will find:

    • NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION ON WHAT TO EAT ON AND OFF THE GOLF COURSE

    • A WORKOUT SCHEDULING GUIDE FOR THE TRAVELING GOLFER

    • HEART-RATE BASED INTERVAL TRAINING PROGRAM

    • PERSONALIZED CORRECTIVE EXERCISE CHART

    • 4 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM COMPLETE WITH PICTURES AND VIDEOS
